Reform With Marina

By booking or attending classes with Reform With Marina, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Classes

All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through Gymcatch or directly with Reform With Marina.

Bookings are subject to availability and spaces are limited due to small class sizes.

Cancellations & No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please provide as much notice as possible.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being charged in full.

Specific cancellation policies for classes, packages or memberships may be outlined at the time of booking through Gymcatch.

Arriving for Class

Please arrive a few minutes before your session begins to allow time to settle in and prepare for class.

Late arrival may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry if it disrupts the class.

Grip socks are required for reformer Pilates sessions.

Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing Reform With Marina of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies or health concerns before attending classes.

Participation in classes is at your own risk and you should seek medical advice before starting any new exercise programme if you have concerns about your health or physical condition.

Reform With Marina reserves the right to refuse participation if a session is considered unsuitable for a client’s health or safety.

Personal Responsibility

Clients participate in all classes and sessions voluntarily and are responsible for exercising within their own limits and capabilities.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, Reform With Marina cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during classes or while on the studio premises except where required by law.

Payments

Payments for classes, sessions and packages must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are subject to change at any time.

Purchased classes or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Studio Etiquette

Reform With Marina aims to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients.

Disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of future bookings or participation.

Changes to Classes & Services

Reform With Marina reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, locations or services where necessary.

In the event of cancellations or changes, clients will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
